Bio: Andy is a physiotherapist who completed his Master of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Canberra in 2021. During his time as a physiotherapy student, Andy worked at hospitals, the musculoskeletal clinic, Lymphoedema outpatient service and community palliative care.
Andy was born and raised in Shanghai, China. He completed his bachelor degree in Sport Rehabilitation at Shanghai University of Sport in 2019. During his bachelor degree, he enjoyed working with athletes as well as people who were into daily exercises. He has a strong interest in sport-related injuries. His ultimate aim is to help more people enjoy and get involved in active lifestyles.
According to the background, Andy can apply physiotherapy sessions to clients who speak English and Chinese (Mandarin/Shanghainese). He also has a good understanding of second language speakers with different cultural backgrounds.
Outside work, Andy likes playing tennis, cooking and enjoying good food.

Bio: Sam is a massage therapist with over 5 years of experience. Growing up in China, he is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. Even before studying remedial massage at the Australia College of Eastern Medicine, Sam had already been exposed to Chinese massage in China. During his time in the industry, he gained extensive skills and professional knowledge. Sam has a deep understanding of massage and continues to improve upon his personal skills, he now knows how to perform targeted remedial massage.
Sam is a cheerful and patient individual who takes care of his clients’ feelings and communicates in the best possible way. He strives to provide the best treatment to his clients and is delighted to witness his customers becoming increasingly healthy.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing video games, drinking coffee, traveling, going to gym, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr Tom Fletcher

Bio: Tom grew up in central Thailand before coming to Australia at a very young age. He was initially drawn to osteopathy because of his love and passion for helping and interacting with people. Whilst completing his qualifications Tom has continued to participate in volleyball and netball as a player and an umpire resulting in him experiencing his own injuries and aches.
Tom’s treatment approach encourages patients to optimise their health by incorporating their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing to help assist their healing process. He also incorporates manual techniques, rehabilitation and education into his treatment to help patients improve their function, confidence and overall lifestyle.
In his leisure time you can find Tom socialising with friends, cooking, playing volleyball, netball or playing video games to unwind.

Bio: Jarrad is passionate about helping those with a wide variety of conditions achieve their goals using exercise and help foster positive change in people’s lives. Through many years of playing sport and several years as a performance analyst with the Canberra Raiders, he has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, but is motivated by working with all people including people over 50 and those living with diabetes and other chronic conditions.
Jarrad grew up on a small property in Yass and subsequently he loves all things outdoors and being around his friends and family. In his spare time, Jarrad enjoys watching baseball, basketball, and any binge worthy show, while he remains physically active by playing AFL, cricket and trying to complete a marathon.
