Warren Hobson
Position: Physiotherapist
Qualifications: BHSc Physiotherapy. AUT Auckland NZ
Warren was born in a rural town in Northland NZ, moving to Australia in 2012. He currently resides in Bomaderry NSW.
Completing his Degree in NZ in 2007, Warren has worked exclusively in Private Practice since.
He has a particular interest in conditions of the Cervical spine and experience treating patients with Dizziness and Vestibular issues and has extensive experience using Dry Needling to treat a myriad on Musculoskeletal pathologies.
Warren aims to provide professional and caring physiotherapy services to his clients to assist them to maintain, improve or restore physical function and mobility, alleviate pain and prevent physical dysfunction to ensure they lead happy vibrant and productive lives.
Warren enjoys spending time with his 2 teenage sons and experiencing the amazing area on the South Coast of NSW.

Bernadette Samson
Position: Massage Therapist
Qualifications: Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy. Myofascial Cupping
Bernadette grew up Sydney and has recently moved to the South-Coast to escape the hustle and bustle. She is very much looking forward to a change of pace. Completing her Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy she has worked with other Allied health professionals.
Her interest in body mechanics and having experienced the benefits firsthand has led her to pursue a career in massage. Working with a range of clients from children, elderly to athletes and people with chronic conditions. She is very passionate about helping her clients achieve a better quality of life. Offering a wide range of therapy from relaxation, sports, lymphatic drainage, injury prevention and overall assisting in relieving body aches and pain.
In her spare time Bernie is a bit of a foodie and loves to cook for family and friends. Trying out her green thumb and started a veggie garden she has become Bunnings regular on weekends. She has a cheeky 11-year-old daughter (Lily) that keeps her on her toes.

Dionne Anslow
Position: Dietitian
Dionne is a qualified Australian Practicing Dietitian (APD), completing a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wollongong.
Dionne is an evidenced based dietitian, using nutrition as part of a holistic approach to healthcare.
Dionne has is passionate in helping people take a proactive approach to their health by creating healthy eating practices and positive relationships with food. Dionne has experience in weight management, Diabetes, cardiovascular disease, disordered eating, gut health, women’s health and more! Dionne is also trained in the use of the low FODMAP diet for IBS by Monash University.
Dionne brings a positive and realistic approach to food and nutrition, and enjoys working with clients, providing individually tailored and practical advice to take control of their health.

Kaitlyn Gray
Position: Exercise Physiologist
Kaitlyn is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a deep-rooted passion for movement and recovery. She loves working with people in the gym to get them strong and back doing what they love.
Before transitioning into allied health, Kaitlyn worked as a veterinary nurse for nearly a decade, caring for animals with the same dedication she now brings to her human clients. At home, she’s surrounded by her two beloved dogs and cats, and has always been closely connected to animals and the outdoors.
Today, she channels that energy into CrossFit and adventurous outdoor activities like hiking, canyoning, canoeing, and most recently, snowboarding.
Her approach to exercise physiology is empathetic, evidence-based, and deeply personal—aimed at empowering clients through movement, no matter their starting point.

Mitch Fox
Position: Physiotherapist
Mitchell was born and raised in Canberra and has recently moved to the South Coast to start his career in physiotherapy.
Mitchell grew up playing a range of sports such as AFL, Softball, Ultimate Frisbee, and Oztag. During this time, Mitchell incurred a range of injuries, which resulted in spending time with physiotherapists. This is where his interest and passion for a career as a physiotherapist sparked.
Over his years of study at the University of Canberra, Mitchell assisted local sporting clubs as a sports trainer for both AFL and Soccer. Mitchell has also assisted as a sports training for the Fremantle Dockers Football Club on multiple occasions.
Mitchell has an interest in sports related injuries involving the lower limb or shoulder and is keen to assist people in reaching their recovery goals.
Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys spending time at the gym, running, fishing, and being with friends.
