Warren Hobson
Position: Physiotherapist
Location: Nowra
Qualifications: BHSc Physiotherapy. AUT Auckland NZ
Following a 19- year career in the banking sector Warren commenced study for Physiotherapy as a mature student. Following graduation Warren commenced work in Private Practice in NZ before moving to Australia in 2012. Spending 5 years working in Private Practice in Queensland before moving to the Shoalhaven region in 2017.
Warren enjoys the variety of work in private practice and the challenges that this brings.
Outside of work Warren enjoys exploring the South Coast region with his wife and 2 boys, enjoying the spectacular Jervis Bay, its myriad beaches and waterways that the Shoalhaven region is famous for.

Angus Clark
Position: Physiotherapist
Location: Nowra
Qualifications: Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Sports Physiotherapy Level 1
Angus grew up in the Nowra where he played numerous sports, including rugby union, soccer, AFL, and cricket. After travelling overseas and around Australia during his gap years, Angus moved to Canberra to complete his studies at the University of Canberra. During this time, he gained valuable experience as a sports trainer with various rugby teams, including the Brumbies u16s.
Angus has a keen interest in sporting injuries, particularly the lower limb, and concussion. He also enjoys the connections you can make with people as a physio and the wide range of opportunities it can provide.
Outside of work, Angus enjoys playing golf, drinking coffee, travelling, playing rugby, and spending time with family and friends.

Mia Pritchett
Position: Physiotherapist
Location: Nowra and Kiama
Qualifications: Bachelor in Exercise Science and Masters in Physiotherapy
As a child, Mia grew up travelling Australia in a caravan and then settled on the far south coast of NSW during her high school years where she was a keen surfboat rower and enjoyed the magic of the coast.
Mia moved to Wollongong after school for a change in scenery where she worked in the hospitality industry and enjoyed travelling to various places around the globe.
In 2020, amidst covid lockdowns, Mia graduated with a Bachelor in Exercise Science and in 2022 she graduated with a Masters in Physiotherapy. She enjoys treating musculoskeletal injuries and has an interest in women health, healthy ageing, and neurological conditions.
Mia Enjoys warm summer days, rockpools, Bunnings, a spontaneous adventure and is a big dog and animal lover.

Matt Cook
Position: Physiotherapist
Location: Kiama
Qualifications:
- Diploma of Health and Rehabilitation Science (Charles Sturt University)
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Western Sydney University)
Matt is born and raised in Kiama and loves the close community connections that come with living in the area. He previously worked as a Live High Voltage Powerline worker before returning to study in 2016.
Growing up Matt had a strong interest in all sports, playing virtually everything on offer in the area. He has a particular interest in Rugby Union, which he has played for Kiama Rugby since juniors.
Matt has an interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries including lower back pain, sporting injuries, and shoulder pain.
In his spare time, you will find Matt with his wife and 2 children at the kid’s sport, relaxing at the beach/river, or trying to sneak in a game of golf.

Sarah Bremner
Position: Exercise Physiologist
Locations: Kiama / Shoalhaven
Qualifications: Bachelor of Health Science (Sport and Exercise Science) at Western Sydney University in 2015 and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt University in 2018
Originally from Engadine, before moving to Kiama Sarah worked in the neuromuscular rehabilitation clinic in Sydney. Sarah is passionate about treating neurological conditions in particular Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and stroke.
Outside of work you’ll find Sarah spending time with her friends and family, playing netball, enjoying the beach, bush walks, camping and taking Jock (Sarah’s Blue Heeler) to the dog park.

Harry Bignall
Position: Exercise Physiologist
Location: Nowra, Kiama, Figtree.
Qualifications: Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, Bachelor of Exercise Science, Certificate IV Allied Health Assistance
Harry grew up in the Southern Highlands where he played multiple sports including soccer and basketball. In 2019 he made the move to the Illawarra whilst completing his Exercise Science degree at University of Wollongong. Harry then went on to complete his Masters of Exercise Physiology through Charles Sturt University. During his studies Harry was part of the sports trainer team with BaiMed where he worked with local soccer and rugby teams.
Outside of work Harry enjoys playing golf, snowboarding, and exploring the south coast with his partner and their beloved dog Archie.

Joe Tegart
Name: Joseph Tegart
Position: Exercise Physiologist
Location: Albion Park and Shoalhaven
Qualifications: Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation (University of Canberra)
Joe grew up in Batemans Bay with his five siblings, he played a wide range of sports growing up but ultimately landed on AFL. In 2017, he moved from the coast to Canberra for University, where he continued to play AFL both locally and in rural NSW.
In 2022, Joe joined the BaiMed team. He enjoys working with a range of musculoskeletal concerns, chronic pain and mental health. Coming from a sporting background, he also has a keen interest in sporting injuries.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing AFL, taking his dog (Goose) to the beach, travelling, reading and exercising.

Bernadette Samson
Location: Kiama, Nowra
Position: Massage Therapist
Qualifications: Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy. Myofascial Cupping
Bernadette grew up Sydney and has recently moved to the South-Coast to escape the hustle and bustle. She is very much looking forward to a change of pace. Completing her Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy she has worked with other Allied health professionals.
Her interest in body mechanics and having experienced the benefits firsthand has led her to pursue a career in massage. Working with a range of clients from children, elderly to athletes and people with chronic conditions. She is very passionate about helping her clients achieve a better quality of life. Offering a wide range of therapy from relaxation, sports, lymphatic drainage, injury prevention and overall assisting in relieving body aches and pain.
In her spare time Bernie is a bit of a foodie and loves to cook for family and friends. Trying out her green thumb and started a veggie garden she has become Bunnings regular on weekends. She has a cheeky 11-year-old daughter (Lily) that keeps her on her toes.

Dionne Anslow
Position: Dietitian
Dionne is a qualified Australian Practicing Dietitian (APD), completing a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wollongong. Since graduating Dionne has spent the last few years working in various practices in the Illawarra.
Dionne is an evidenced based dietitian, using nutrition as part of an holistic approach to healthcare. She has an interest in helping people manage and prevent chronic disease and improving their general health through nutrition and positive lifestyle changes. Dionne has a keen interest in gut health, IBS, food intolerances, inflammatory bowel disease and bariatrics and can help people achieve their goals using both a diet and non-diet approach.
Outside of work Dionne enjoys baking, long brunches with friends, hiking and working with CCA to raise awareness for Crohn’s and Colitis.
