Sarah Bremner
Position: Exercise Physiologist
Locations: Kiama / Shoalhaven
Qualifications: Bachelor of Health Science (Sport and Exercise Science) at Western Sydney University in 2015 and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt University in 2018
Originally from Engadine, before moving to Kiama Sarah worked in the neuromuscular rehabilitation clinic in Sydney. Sarah is passionate about treating neurological conditions in particular Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and stroke.
Outside of work you’ll find Sarah spending time with her friends and family, playing netball, enjoying the beach, bush walks, camping and taking Jock (Sarah’s Blue Heeler) to the dog park.

Matthew Bryant

Location: Shoalhaven
Qualifications: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons), Bachelor of Human Movement (Ex. Sci.)
After working on the far south coast for a few years, Matt worked in London in 2011 before returning to the Shoalhaven and joining BaiMed in 2012. Among other things, he has completed advanced training in Dry Needling, cycling biomechanics and headaches.
Harbouring a keen interest in road cycling and mountain biking, Matt recently completed a 1000km charity ride from Melbourne to Nowra and rode the gruelling ‘Pioneer’ mountain bike stage race in New Zealand.

Qualifications: Masters of Science (Nutrition and Dietetics), Bachelor of Science (Nutrition), Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Accredited Sports Dietitian
Jodie passionately believes health and nutrition work hand in hand. She loves working with people to help them achieve their health goals – by offering them a new perspective on nutrition, one that works for them. Mum to two busy, active (hungry) young boys, Jodie enjoys keeping fit in her ‘spare’ time by running and going to the gym. She also loves (would you believe it) food, whether it be cooking and entertaining at home, or eating out with friends.

Ben played competitive soccer locally for 22 years and social basketball, which stemmed his passion in sport and the rehabilitation process. He has a special interest in tendon injuries and sport injuries, particularly of the lower limb.
Ben appreciations being involved in the rehabilitation process, from injury to return to work, life and sport, and beyond to improved performance, functionality and injury prevention.
Ben has been a sports training for 3 years with Balgownie Football Club. Outside of work, Ben enjoys walking his blue heeler, Banjo with his fiancé Lisa, and keeping active by playing soccer, basketball and working out at the gym.

Maddie Stephens

Maddie has been a part of the BaiMed family since 2015, initially in our admin team and then as a Strength and Conditioning Coach from 2019. Maddie has been the South Coast Blaze Strength and Conditioning Coach for two years since their inclusion in the Netball NSW Premier League.
After graduating from a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2021, Maddie progressed to working as an Exercise Physiologist in the BaiMed Performance Centre and Nowra clinic.
Maddie‘s special interests are in youth long term athletic development, return to sport, and high-performance strength and conditioning. Maddie also has a focus in gymnastics, after being a gymnast herself for 16 years, and a Gymnastics Coach at SCYC Nowra Gymnastics for 9 years.
Away from work, Maddie loves spending time with her fiancé, Lachlan, and their spotty Dalmatian puppy, Poppy. Maddie also enjoys going to the gym, socialising with friends and exploring new places and tracks.

Position: Physiotherapist

Jess gained experience in rural private practice and had exposure to every avenue from paediatrics, aged care, acute hospital to sports physiotherapy. In 2017 Jess relocated to Wollongong to gain more experience in sports and musculoskeletal private practice. Jess played representative cricket at a junior level and went on to coach the Riverina Cricket Female Academy from 2014-2018. She has also worked as a Physiotherapist for the Country NSW Cricket Team since 2017.
Jess has a special interest in Women’s Health and the treatment of the Throwing Shoulder which is common in overhead athletes.
Jess comes from an Italian heritage so her love of food and cooking is guaranteed. Outside of work you’ll find Jess exploring new places, supporting her AFL team St Kilda and playing cricket.

Jai grew up in the small country town of Binnaway and moved to Shellharbour in 2011 where he finished off high school and started University. He has been a lifeguard for 8 years and a sports trainer for 4 years, working at a range of clubs in Rugby League, Soccer and Basketball Koori Knockouts.
Jai is confident and reliable practitioner, he takes great care in treating his clients and helping them meet their goals to improve their quality of life.
Outside of work, Jai enjoys water skiing, camping, basketball (playing or watching), sport, fitness
