Attending the Clinics
We ask you choose which of the five options work best for you before attending our clinics as of 11 October 2021.
Vaccination Record
Provide your COVID-19 Immunisation Record, via [email protected] or 0406 338 184.
Negative Covid Test
Record of NSW Health PCR Swab Test with Negative Result within 48 hours of your appointment.
Rapid Antigen Testing
RAT available on site for $10. This will be conducted in carpark by a physiotherapist before your consult.
Telehealth Consults
Telehealth consults are available.
Clinical Handover
If you would prefer to be seen by another provider, we can provide a handover to that business if needed.
