Harshini Mallgee
Position: Physiotherapist
Harshini is a dedicated pelvic floor physiotherapist with a passion for helping individuals across all stages of life achieve optimal pelvic health. With specialized training and clinical experience, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care for men, women, and children experiencing a wide range of pelvic floor concerns.
Harshini’s areas of expertise include:
- bladder concerns – incontinence, overactive bladder, bladder pain syndrome
- bowel dysfunction – constipation, faecal urgency, faecal/flatus incontinence
- pelvic pain – pain with sexual intercourse, endometriosis related pain, pregnancy related pain
- Pregnancy – birth preparation pre- and post-natal pelvic floor care, diastasis rectus
- Prolapse management including pessary fitting,
- Musculoskeletal concerns – thoracic and rib pain, pelvic girdle pain, lower back pain, hip pain
- Pre and post prostatectomy rehabilitation pediatric pelvic health concerns – bedwetting, daytime incontinence, encopresis, constipation, toilet refusal.
Harshini takes a holistic and patient-centered approach, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s unique needs and goals. Known for her warm and empathetic manner, Harshini creates a safe, respectful space where clients feel comfortable discussing sensitive issues. She is committed to empowering her patients through education, movement and manual therapy, helping them return to the activities they love with confidence.

Harry Brignall
Position: Exercise Physiologist
Qualifications: Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, Bachelor of Exercise Science, Certificate IV Allied Health Assistance
Harry grew up in the Southern Highlands where he played multiple sports including soccer and basketball. In 2019 he made the move to the Illawarra whilst completing his Exercise Science degree at University of Wollongong.
Harry is passionate about helping individuals improve their health, function and quality of life. Whether your an athlete, dealing with an injury or have a long-term health condition.
Outside of work Harry enjoys playing golf, snowboarding, and exploring the south coast.

Tristan Curry
Position: Physiotherapist
Tristan is an experienced physiotherapist with a special interest in Tennis. He previously worked for the head Physiotherapist of Tennis NSW and still works with many young athletes currently competing on the ITF, Optus Junior tour and Futures Circuit. Tristan played competitive tennis for 21 years and understands the importance of having the right training loads at the right age. He understands how the wrong advice and guidance can lead to long term injuries that can affect performance and a young athletes mental health. Tristan has made it his mission to leverage the expertise of the best physios in the world, combined with his own experience, to maximise an athletes performance and minimise the risk of long term injury.
In addition to playing tennis, Tristan also partakes in regular long distance running throughout the week. He is new to the Northern Suburbs of Wollongong and is based in the Woonona Clinic. He enjoys working with an active population who value their health but does not like it when they beat him in the 5km Parkrun on weekends.

Luke McIlwain
Position: Exercise Physiologist
Luke is an experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for helping people improve their quality of life through movement and education. He takes a holistic and evidence-based approach, supporting clients to better manage their health, build strength and confidence, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Luke has a strong background in chronic pain management, having worked for several years in a multidisciplinary pain clinic. He has a particular interest in supporting people with persistent pain conditions, including Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), and understands the importance of building trust, setting realistic goals, and tailoring programs to suit each individual.
