Jo Buchan
Position: Physiotherapist
Jo has extensive physiotherapy experience and has been practising for over 20 years. She enjoys working on any injury/condition but has a special interest in lumbar spine, pelvis pain and working with our senior population.
Jo has been involved with numerous local athletes at both amateur and professional levels. Jo has a love for travel and snowboarding, these passions took her to live in the UK for over two years and a winter season in Jindabyne where she treated all manner of snow sport injuries from the weekend warrior to professional Australian and International skiers and snowboarders.
Outside work you’ll find Jo spending time with her husband and her two children or drinking at coffee at her favourite café.

Luke McIlwain
Position: Exercise Physiologist
Luke is an experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for helping people improve their quality of life through movement and education. He takes a holistic and evidence-based approach, supporting clients to better manage their health, build strength and confidence, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Luke has a strong background in chronic pain management, having worked for several years in a multidisciplinary pain clinic. He has a particular interest in supporting people with persistent pain conditions, including Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), and understands the importance of building trust, setting realistic goals, and tailoring programs to suit each individual.

Mia Pritchett
Position: Physiotherapist
Originally from the far south coast of NSW, Mia spent her teenage years enjoying the beaches around her home town of Tuross Head and competing in surfboat rowing up and down the coast. Mia has been living in the Illawarra region for the past 10 years working in hospitality and then as a Physiotherapist at BaiMed.
Mia loves working with people of every age group but has developed particular interests in healthy ageing, osteoarthritis management and neurological conditions.
Outside of work, Mia enjoys travelling the world, hiking the beautiful south coast, being creative and spending time at the beach with her two fluffy groodles.

Sarah Parkinson
Name: Sarah Parkinson
Position: Physiotherapist
Additional certifications: Clinical Pilates, Dry Needling, GLA:D
Sarah is an experienced physio who is passionate about empowering people to achieve their health goals. She provides her clients with holistic advice, specific exercises and practical tools to assist their self-management, alongside quality hands-on treatment. Outside of work, she loves being in the great outdoors, camping, hiking, walking — you name it!

Tristan Curry
Position: Physiotherapist
Tristan is an experienced physiotherapist with a special interest in Tennis. He previously worked for the head Physiotherapist of Tennis NSW and still works with many young athletes currently competing on the ITF, Optus Junior tour and Futures Circuit. Tristan played competitive tennis for 21 years and understands the importance of having the right training loads at the right age. He understands how the wrong advice and guidance can lead to long term injuries that can affect performance and a young athletes mental health. Tristan has made it his mission to leverage the expertise of the best physios in the world, combined with his own experience, to maximise an athletes performance and minimise the risk of long term injury.
In addition to playing tennis, Tristan also partakes in regular long distance running throughout the week. He is new to the Northern Suburbs of Wollongong and is based in the Woonona Clinic. He enjoys working with an active population who value their health but does not like it when they beat him in the 5km Parkrun on weekends.
