The Dance Strong Program combines holistic strength training with dance specific correctives. The strength program is targeted towards building global components that are fundamental to dance whilst the corrective program is specific and individualised to each dancers needs/goals.

Program Outline

1 x global program with a term focus (ie Muscular endurance, power, coordination, cardiovascular endurance etc)

1 x dance specific corrective targeted to dancer’s goals and needs (updated with each re-assessment)
