Social isolation has changed the way we do almost everything, but it shouldn’t stop us from exercising and feeling great. At BaiMed Performance, we create strength and conditioning programs for professional athletes, who like you, are also in isolation.
So we thought, how can we make this fun and stay connected with everyone?
The answer, make these programs available to everyone and create a virtual training environment so you can connect with and train alongside your favourite athletes.
Meet the Mentors
Meet the NRLW Australian Jillaroo Superstars who will be completing the program with you. Join us in our private Facebook group where you can connect with them and get the most out of this program.
To make this more interesting, each mentor will be captaining a team throughout the program. Choose either Keeley, Jessica, Millie or Kezie as your captain on the registrations page.
The Program
- 6-week field based running program. 3 Sessions per week – Speed, change of direction and conditioning
- Speed Coaching- Personalised analysis of each individuals speed session in weeks 1 & 4
- Individually prescribed distances to run during conditioning sessions, based off your conditioning testing results
- Interaction and closed Facebook groups with Kezie Apps and Jess Sergis or Millie Boyle and Keeley Davis. This includes ongoing support, interaction and Q&A’s
- Access to the Women’s State of Origin and St George Illawarra Dragons NRLW Physio for complimentary injury advice
- Access to the Dragons NRLW strength and conditioning coach for performance advice
- Online Nutrition seminar
